This love of Austin combined with his passion for residential property compelled Mark into Real Estate Sales in 2004. Mark believes that his leading strength as a REALTOR is an uncanny ability to tailor a client's lifestyle, budget, and preferences into a custom-fitted home buying experience. For sellers, that same intuition and genuine listening aid his inherent ability to creatively reach goals. In addition to good communication, he credits his clients' successes to embracing available technology and a mutual enthusiasm for real estate. Mark defines his own success in the business of selling real estate less on the basis of his 7 straight years of multi-million dollar sales production and more on the satisfaction of his loyal clients and their direct feedback and testimonials.

COMMUNITY:
In further demonstration of his love for the community of Austin, Mark gives his time and talent to several non-profit organizations including, but not limited to, Austin Children's Shelter (ACS) as a community partner and fundraiser, Mobile Film School (serving at-risk youth) as a Board Member, Hostelling International-SWT (Austin Youth Hostel) as a Board Member and supporter of Cultural Kitchens, and Austin Pets Alive in their Foster Program. As part of National Volunteer Week 2011, Mark was recognized by ACS in a Volunteer Spotlight highlighting his ongoing Shoes Gifting Program as well as his creation and execution of an annual fundraising party known as New Wave Ball.
